Passed away of renal disease April 23, 2009. He was born October 1, 1945, in Detroit, MI to Clifford and Mary Milligan. He was a member of Lamb of God Lutheran Church and a lifetime member of the Elks. He worked for 25 years as a manager of the Michigan Employment Security Commission. He is survived by his wife of 42 years Diane; daughter Mary; daughter Kathy Johnson (Chip); grandchildren Kyle and Cassie Johnson; brother Rev. James Milligan (Peg), and dog Teddy.
